The City Council adopted this amendment at their March 9, 2020 meeting.
ZA-20-03Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) The purpose of this amendment is to encourage the creation of ADUs by modifying applicable standards, including enabling ADUs as a permitted use in all zoning districts, creating an alternative maximum unit size and lot coverage waiver process, and eliminating the parking requirement.
