City Council President Paul called the meeting to order at 8:46 PM.

 

MOTION by Commissioner Shannon, SECOND by Commissioner Traverse, to adopt the agenda.

 

VOTING: unanimous; motion carries.

 

2.0 DELIBERATIVE AGENDA

2.01 First and Third Class Liquor License Applications (2022-2023): J Brewskis LLC, 247 Main Street

 

MOTION by Commissioner Shannon, SECOND by Commissioner Traverse, to approve the 2022-2023 First and Third Class Liquor License Applications for J Brewskis LLC, 247 Main Street with the following conditions: all City Permits need to be closed out, contingent upon Fire Marshal approval and with all standard conditions.

 

VOTING: unanimous; motion carries.

 

2.02 Outside Consumption Permit Application (2022-2023): J Brewskis LLC, 247 Main Street

 

MOTION by Commissioner Shannon, SECOND by Commissioner Traverse, to approve the 2022-223 Outside Consumption Permit Application with the following conditions: all City Permits need to be closed out.

 

VOTING: unanimous; motion carries.

 

2.03 First and Third Class Liquor License Applications (2022-2023): Fatto a Mano, d/b/a Pascolo Ristorante, 118 Church Street

 

MOTION by Commissioner Shannon, SECOND by Commissioner Traverse, to approve the 2022-2023 First and Third Class Liquor License Applications for Fatto a Mano, d/b/a Pascolo Ristorante with the following conditions: all City Permits need to be closed out, contingent upon Fire Marshal approval and with all standard conditions.

 

VOTING: unanimous; motion carries.

 

2.04 Outside Consumption Permit Application (2022-2023): Fatto a Mano, d/b/a Pascolo Ristorante, 118 Church Street

 

MOTION by Commissioner Shannon, SECOND by Commissioner Traverse, to approve the 2022-2023 Outside Consumption Permit Application for Fatto a Mano, d/b/a Pascolo Ristorante, 118 Church Street with the following conditions: all City Permits need to be closed out and with CSM Commission Approval.

 

VOTING: unanimous; motion carries.

 

2.05 First Class Restaurant Liquor License Application (2022-2023): Lazy Lightning LLC, d/b/a Pizzeria Ida, 662 Riverside Avenue

 

MOTION by Commissioner Shannon, SECOND by Commissioner Traverse, to approve the 2022-2023 First Class Restaurant Liquor License Application for Lazy Lightning LLC, d/b/a Pizzeria Ida, 662 Riverside Avenue with the following conditions: contingent upon Fire Marshal approval and with all standard conditions.

 

VOTING: unanimous; motion carries.
