City Council President Tracy called the meeting to order at 7:39 PM.

 

MOTION by Councilor Mason, SECOND by Councilor Hanson, to adopt the agenda.

 

VOTING: unanimous; motion carries.

 

2. CONSENT AGENDA

2.01 Motion to adopt the consent agenda and take the actions indicated

2.02 Expansion of Outside Consumption Permit (2021-2022): Nectar's, 188 Main Street

2.03 First & Third Class Liquor License & Outside Consumption Permit Renewals (2021-2022): St. Paul St. GastroGrub, 205 St. Paul Street

 

MOTION by Councilor Mason, SECOND by Councilor Hanson, to adopt the consent agenda and take the actions indicated.

 

VOTING: unanimous; motion carries.

 

3.0 DELIVERBATIVE AGENDA

3.01 Outside Consumption Permit Application (2021-2022): Vivid Coffee, 150 Cherry Street

 

MOTION by Councilor Mason, SECOND by Councilor Hanson, to approve the 2021-2022 Outside Consumption Permit Application for Vivid Coffee, 150 Cherry Street.

 

VOTING: unanimous; motion carries.

 

3.02 Second Class Liquor License Application (2021-2022): Stargazer LLC-Zoe Gagnon, d/b/a Neighborhood Market, 457 St. Paul Street

 

MOTION by Councilor Mason, SECOND by Councilor Hanson, to approve the 2021-2022 Second Class Liquor License Application for Stargazer LLC-Zoe Gagnon, d/b/a Neighborhood Market, 457 St. Paul Street with all standard conditions.

 

VOTING: unanimous; motion carries.

 

3.03 First and Third Class Liquor License Application (2021-2022): Burlington Beer Company, d/b/a Burlington Beer Company, 180 Flynn Avenue

 

MOTION by Councilor Mason, SECOND by Councilor Hanson, to approve the 2021-2022 First and Third Class Liquor License Application for Burlington Beer Company, d/b/a Burlington Beer Company, 180 Flynn Avenue contingent upon Fire Marshal approval and all standard conditions.

 

VOTING: unanimous; motion carries.

 

3.04 Outside Consumption Permit Application (2021-2022): Burlington Beer Company, d/b/a Burlington Beer Company, 180 Flynn Avenue

 

MOTION by Councilor Mason, SECOND by Councilor Hanson, to approve the 2021-2022 Outside Consumption Permit Application for Burlington Beer Company, d/b/a Burlington Beer Company, 180 Flynn Avenue.
