The meeting was called to order by Co-Chair Hal Colston at 5:05 pm.

1. Agenda. Rebecca Zietlow moved to approve the agenda as presented. Second by Christine Hughes. Unanimous.

2. Minutes. Pablo Bose moved to approve the minutes of 1/6 as presented. Second by Christine Hughes. Unanimous. (Note- the Jan 6 meeting was adjourned immediately due to the Capitol Riots)

3. Public Forum. No public comment.

4. Discussion of RFP Responses. The committee discusses the RFP responses recieved, takes a vote to select proposals from Elise Guyette and Rashad Williams.

5. Adjournment. Tyeastia Green moved to adjourn the meeting. Second by Christine Hughes. Unanimous.

The meeting was adjourned at 6:15pm.
