City Council President Tracy called the meeting to order at 8:41 PM.
MOTION by Councilor Hanson, SECOND by Councilor Stromberg to adopt the agenda.
VOTING: unanimous; motion carries.
2. DELIVERBATIVE AGENDA
2.01 Second Class Liquor License Application (2020-2021): Black Cap Coffee & Beer, 42 Church Street
MOTION by Councilor Hanson, SECOND by Councilor Stromberg, to approve the 2020-2021 Second Class Liquor License Application for Black Cap Coffee & Beer, 42 Church Street with the following conditions: all City Permits need to be closed out with all standard conditions.
VOTING: unanimous; motion carries.
2.02 Second Class Liquor License Application (2020-2021): NJ Beverages LLC, 500 Riverside Avenue
MOTION by Councilor Hanson, SECOND by Councilor Stromberg, to approve the 2020-2021 Second Class Liquor License Application for NJ Beverages LLC, 500 Riverside Avenue with the following conditions: complete record checks with all standard conditions.
VOTING: unanimous; motion carries.
2.03 Second Class Liquor License Application (2020-2021): Poppy Cafe and Market, 88 Oak Street
MOTION by Councilor Hanson, SECOND by Councilor Freeman, to approve the 2020-2021 Second Class Liquor License Application for Poppy Cafe and Market, 88 Oak Street with the following conditions: all City Permits need to be closed out with all standard conditions.
VOTING: unanimous; motion carries.
2.04 First and Third Class Restaurant/Bar Liquor License Applications (2020-2021): Cafe Mamajuana, 88 Oak Street
MOTION by Councilor Hanson, SECOND by Councilor Freeman, to approve the 2020-2021 First and Third Class Restaurant/Bar Liquor License Applications for Cafe Mamajuana, 88 Oak Street with the following conditions: complete record checks, contingent upon Fire Marshal approval, all City Permits need to be closed out with all standard conditions.
VOTING: unanimous; motion carries.
2.05 Outside Consumption Permit Application (2020-2021): Cafe Mamajuana, 88 Oak Street
MOTION by Councilor Hanson, SECOND by Councilor Freeman, to approve the 2020-2021 Outside Consumption Permit Application for Cafe Mamajuana, 88 Oak Street with the following conditions: complete record checks and all City Permits need to be closed out.
VOTING: unanimous; motion carries.
