to approve and recommend that the City Council approve the use of the City's Right-of-way by RNTVT (Mobilitie) under the terms of the attached agreement and authorize Interim CAO Beth Anderson to execute it, or one substantially similar to it, subject to the prior review and approval of the City Attorney
Jeff Herwood present on behalf of Clerk/Treasurer's office. Jeff has been working with Mobilitie for the past year. The City Ordinance covers the use of Right of Way's. Gene Bergman from the City Attorney's office was present and involved in drafting the agreements.

approve the 2017-2018 Indoor Entertainment Permit Application with Stonecutter Spirits, LLC with the following conditions: complete record checks, all City Permits need to be closed out with all standard conditions
Sivan Catel present on behalf of Stonecutter Spirits. Catel stated that entertainment was not going to be a regular feature at the establishment. Occasionally they would like to have a speaker or some form of entertainment on special events. Adam Roof stated that Stonecutter would need to be more specific in their hours for the entertainment permit. Catel stated the hours should reflect the hours of operation, 11am-12am.

approve the 2018-2019 Outdoor Entertainment Permit Application with all standard conditions
Kim and Al Gobeille present on behalf of Shanty on the Shore. Al stated that the restaurant has not done entertainment before but would like to have the permit this year for their deck area for special occasions such as Jazzfest. All entertainment hours would be ending at 8 or 9pm. Richard Deane suggested they reach out to the neighborhood to alert them of the possible entertainment noise.
